Licensor observed window blinds in licensed space that were observed broken creating loose cords that are large enough to create a loop around a child's neck. Licensor observed a white toy basket that was observed broken on a corner with sharp edges. Licensor observed an electric fly trap in outdoor space accessible to school-age children. Licensor observed area rugs at entry way and in hallway space going into dining room to be lifted, creating tripping hazards. Licensor observed cubbies in front of chimney space to be unstable and a tipping hazard. Licensor observed indoor temperature at 67 degrees Fahrenheit.
